Again and again, we watched rollups stall, integrations break, and exits collapse. Millions evaporated because the deeds of teams and the words of leaders weren’t captured in time. After years of patchwork — scattered notes, fragmented systems, sleepless weekends — we stopped patching.
Our career has carried us across three continents. Together we built and sold three tech companies before age 32. That experience showed us how fragile organizational memory is — and how much enterprise value depends on continuity. Those lessons pushed us to design the permanent fix: ExBrain, the always-on memory for business.
In 2024, that vision was recognized when our U.S. venture was named Judges’ Choice at the AI Innovation Summit and selected by the U.S. Department of Commerce as one of only 12 startups to represent America at CES 2025.
At the heart of ExBrain is a belief that businesses deserve systems built on clarity, continuity, and truth. It’s the same belief that shaped my book, AI-Native by Design — where I’ve helped 250+ leaders embed AI into the foundations of their companies rather than treating it as an add-on.

Dena Neek
Dena is a serial entrepreneur and AI Engineer with three decades of experience bridging the gap between complex technology and human leadership. With an MBA in Organizational Psychology, she blends backend architectural expertise with behavioral science to create systems that are scalable and intuitive. Over her career, she has founded multiple ventures, trained more than 250 operational leaders inside $10M–$150M companies, and authored AI-Native By Design.
At Ex.Brain, she ensures the platform remains both technically rigorous and deeply human-centered.
Adam is a security and cloud architect and a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in security, identity, and access management. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Computer Vision.
His career spans two decades in senior technical roles at Microsoft and Salesforce, where he helped architect, design, and implement foundational authentication, authorization, and access-control platforms for large-scale cloud environments, including Azure.
At Exbrain.ai, he serves as Co-Founder and CTO, leading platform and architecture with a security-first mindset, bringing together an AI-focused academic background and a career centered on building secure, production-grade systems.
Cyrus is a serial entrepreneur and 3-decade digital product veteran with deep expertise in AI-powered SaaS platforms. With an MBA in Creative Advertising, he blends design thinking, business strategy, and technology to create solutions that are both scalable and human-centered. Over his career, he has founded and led multiple ventures across SaaS, AdTech, EdTech, Hospitality, and M&A, consistently turning complexity into clarity.
