We believe the future of business belongs to companies that never lose their knowledge. Ex.Brain captures what people think, say, and do, turning it into a living system that outlasts every role and every cycle.

We didn’t build ExBrain in theory. We built it because the same wound kept opening: companies losing their memory the moment key people left.
Again and again, we watched rollups stall, integrations break, and exits collapse. Millions evaporated because the deeds of teams and the words of leaders weren’t captured in time. After years of patchwork — scattered notes, fragmented systems, sleepless weekends — we stopped patching.
Our career has carried us across three continents. Together we built and sold three tech companies before age 32. That experience showed us how fragile organizational memory is — and how much enterprise value depends on continuity. Those lessons pushed us to design the permanent fix: ExBrain, the always-on memory for business.
In 2024, that vision was recognized when our U.S. venture was named Judges’ Choice at the AI Innovation Summit and selected by the U.S. Department of Commerce as one of only 12 startups to represent America at CES 2025.
At the heart of ExBrain is a belief that businesses deserve systems built on clarity, continuity, and truth. It’s the same belief that shaped my book, AI-Native by Design — where I’ve helped 250+ leaders embed AI into the foundations of their companies rather than treating it as an add-on.
ExBrain is the expression of that vision: a platform where AI Agents capture, structure, and safeguard the knowledge businesses can’t afford to lose — ensuring that what people think, say, and do becomes a lasting asset for the future.

ExBrain was built to do more than solve a technical problem. We exist to change how businesses — and the people inside them — experience continuity, trust, and growth. Our impact is measured not only in hours saved or deals secured, but in the long-term stability we create.
We help businesses preserve their memory, so knowledge doesn’t walk out the door when people move on. The result: faster onboarding, smoother integrations, and higher valuations when it matters most.
ExBrain reduces the invisible weight on employees and leaders. By capturing decisions, conversations, and context, teams spend less time repeating the past and more time shaping the future.
We believe technology must serve humanity. By designing AI that preserves truth, protects knowledge, and strengthens continuity, ExBrain helps create companies that last — companies built not just for today’s market, but for generations to come.
