Once you’ve reviewed and edited your STK transcript, xBlock AI empowers you to turn that knowledge into over 40 professionally structured document types. These documents are not just exportable—they can also become active Blocks in your Ex.Brain, making them queryable, organizable, and reference-ready for your team.
Export Tab Overview #
To begin exporting:
- Navigate to the Export tab (next to Transcript)
- You’ll see a categorized list of all available document types
- Choose a format based on your goals
Each export type includes:
- A brief description
- A preview button (coming soon)
- A “Generate” button to begin the process
⚠️ The Export tab is only enabled after the diarization process is complete.

Export Workflow – Step-by-Step #
Once you click on a document type:
- Popup appears with setup fields:
- Block name – Required for saving
- Location(s) – Assign to at least one workspace
- Block Category – Choose the appropriate Block Category
- Short Description – Helps Ex.Brain understand the context
- Toggle: Add to My Ex.Brain – Choose to save this as a Block
- Block name – Required for saving
- Click Generate Document
- xBlock will process and return a formatted result
Note:
All documents are stored in the Documents tab after export. You can return to edit, delete, or re-download them.
Managing Exported Documents #
In the Documents tab, you can:
- Rename the document
- Reopen for full review
- Translate to other languages
- Export to Word or PDF
- Add to My Ex.Brain
- Read aloud, Regenerate, or Dislike (feedback options)
- Assign tags or add to a report (coming soon)
You also have options to:
- Delete the document
- Edit inline with the advanced text editor
- Pin it to a workspace or meeting
Multi-Language Output #
You can generate the same document in multiple languages for localization purposes:
- Choose language during or after generation
- xBlock will use contextual translation, not literal line-by-line translation
