Accessibility Statement
Ex.Brain, Inc. is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that AI-powered tools should work for everyone, and accessibility is a core part of how we build.
CONFORMANCE STATUS
Ex.Brain is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve full conformance.
1. Our Accessibility Goal
Our goal is for Ex.Brain to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines cover a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
We are currently partially conformant. We are working toward full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance and update this statement as we make progress.
2. Measures We Take
Ex.Brain takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Include accessibility as a requirement in our design and engineering process
- Conduct periodic accessibility reviews of new and updated features
- Provide keyboard navigation support throughout the platform
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes to support assistive technologies
- Maintain sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interface elements
- Provide text alternatives for non-text content where feasible
- Respect user preferences including reduced motion, high contrast, and font size settings
- Test with screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
3. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the platform are not yet fully accessible. Known limitations include:
- Some complex data visualizations and graph views may not have full screen reader support — we are working on text alternatives
- Certain animated elements in the marketing site may cause issues for users with vestibular disorders — we support prefers-reduced-motion and are auditing all animations
- Some keyboard navigation flows in complex modal dialogs may not meet full WCAG 2.1 criteria — targeted for remediation in upcoming releases
We are actively working to resolve these limitations. If you encounter an issue not listed here, please contact us.
4. AI and Accessibility
Ex.Brain believes AI has significant potential to improve accessibility — not just as a feature, but as a core design principle. We are exploring ways to use AI to:
- Generate automatic captions and transcriptions for audio and video content stored in Brains
- Provide natural language interfaces as an alternative to complex visual navigation
- Summarize long documents to reduce cognitive load
- Flag accessibility issues in user-generated content and documents
These capabilities are in various stages of development. We will update this statement as they become available.
5. Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Ex.Brain. If you experience barriers not listed here, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve accessibility, please contact us:

We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days. When contacting us, please describe the accessibility barrier you encountered, the assistive technology you are using (if applicable), and your contact information so we can follow up.
