Connecting an integration in Ex.Brain is a simple, secure process that brings your external platform data into Ex.Brain as usable Blocks.

This page covers:

  • Where to access integrations
  • How to complete the connection process step by step
  • What happens after connection

Step 1 – Open the Integration Center #

  1. Go to Block Management from the left sidebar
  2. Make sure you’re on the Blocks tab
  3. Scroll to the Integrations section

You’ll see a grid of cards for platforms like QuickBooks, Google Drive, TOAST, Resy, and more.

Step 2 – Choose an Integration to Connect #

Active integrations are shown in a lighter background and have a Connect button.

Click the card for your desired service. A setup window will appear.

You can view these Blocks in the Block Inventory and use Ex.Brain to ask questions about the imported content.

Security & Permissions #

  • Ex.Brain does not store your third-party login credentials
  • Tokens and OAuth authorizations are securely stored and encrypted
  • You can revoke access at any time from the Integration Settings panel (coming soon)

What Happens Next #

  • Your data is now visible in Block Inventory
  • The Blocks are automatically categorized and linked to the selected Workspaces
  • Ex.Brain can now respond to questions using this data

Example: “Summarize the last 30 invoices from QuickBooks” or “What meetings are scheduled in my Google Calendar today?”
