Navigating Account Settings

Your Account Settings menu is your control center for everything related to your business profile, subscription plan, personal information, and more. It also includes future features like appearance settings and mobile app downloads. You can access it from anywhere inside the dashboard by clicking the three-dot (⋮) icon.

Where to Find It #

After logging into Ex.Brain and entering your dashboard:

  1. Look at the bottom-left corner of your screen.
  2. Click the three-dot (⋮) icon.
  3. The Account Settings panel will pop up with all available options.

What You’ll Find in Account Settings #

1. Manage Your Plan #
    • View your current subscription and plan details.
    • Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.
    • Access billing information, including invoices and saved payment methods.
2. Business Settings #
    • Set up and manage your Primary Brand.
      • Edit business details like address, website, support email, and business description.
    • Manage Sub-brands, including unique details for each sub-brand.
      • Review and structure Workspaces under each sub-brand to match your organization.
3. Profile Settings #
    • Update your name, photo, job title, email, and mobile number.

4. Appearance (Coming Soon) #
    • Toggle between Light Mode and Dark Mode (when released).
5. Download App (Coming Soon) #
    • Quick links to download Ex.Brain for iOS and Android.
6. Log Out #
    • Securely end your session and sign out of your Ex.Brain account.

Recommended First Steps #

To get the most out of your account right away, we recommend:

  • Completing your Primary Brand and Sub-brand profiles under Business Settings.
  • Reviewing and updating your personal information in Profile Settings.
  • Visiting Manage Your Plan to confirm your subscription details and ensure billing is active.

Taking these steps helps Ex.Brain deliver accurate results and unlocks the full platform capabilities for your team.
