Troubleshooting Login & OTP Problems

Problem: I didn’t receive my OTP email #

This is the most common login issue.

Try these steps: #

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder – OTP emails may be filtered by your provider.
  2. Wait at least 30 seconds – Email delivery may take a moment.
  3. Click “Resend code” on the OTP screen – A new code will be sent immediately.
  4. Verify your email – You may have mistyped your address. Go back and try again.

Tip: OTP codes expire after 5 minutes. Make sure to use them right away.

Problem: I’m stuck in a login loop or it keeps asking for OTP #

If you’re prompted for OTP every time you log in:

  • You likely did not check the “Remember this device for 14 days” box.

How to fix it: #

  1. Log in again and make sure the checkbox is selected
  2. Use a secure browser with cookies enabled
  3. Avoid incognito/private browsing if you want to stay logged in

Problem: OTP expired or says “Invalid Code” #

If you enter a code too late or too many times:

  • Codes will expire after 5 minutes
  • Too many wrong attempts (3x) will lock you out for 3 minutes

Fix: #

  • Wait 3 minutes and try again with a new code
  • Don’t copy-paste with extra spaces—type manually if needed

Problem: I want to change my email #

Users cannot change login emails on their own for security.

What to do: #

  • Contact your Admin or email support@ex-brain.com
  • We’ll verify your identity and migrate your access if needed

If All Else Fails #

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try using a different browser
  • Contact support: support@ex-brain.com
